4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is currently available within Kuwait only.

Free delivery is provided for all orders unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and quality reasons, jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

If an item is damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Delays caused by delivery partners.
